Gordon Brown lost his nerve over calling an election

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=l22kHO5jdRU

Having allowed election speculation to reach fever pitch, Gordon Brown announced that there will not, after all, be a general election. Quoted on the BBC website, Liberal Democrat leader Sir Menzies Campbell said the prime minister's decision showed "a loss of nerve. He should have stated his intentions, clearly and unequivocally. The inevitable conclusion is that he's been acting in the interests of the Labour Party and not in the interests of the country."

The video clip on YouTube is a Liberal Democrat response to Gordon Brown's loss of nerve. I really do recommend watching it, and pass it on to all your friends.
