Southport Lib Dems AGM is on 30 November 2007

Southport Liberal Democrats will be holding our 2007 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 30th November at St Luke's, starting at 8:00 p.m. A formal calling notice and agenda for the AGM will be sent to all paid up members of Southport Liberal Democrats about three weeks before the event.

The AGM will receive a report on the activities of the Local Party over the past year and the accounts for the previous financial year. There will be reports from our MP, our councillors, and from Party Conference. The AGM will also elect the Officers, Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee and Conference Representatives to serve for 2008.

Motions and constitutional amendments for consideration at the AGM should be sent to: The Secretary, Southport Liberal Democrats, 35 Shakespeare Street, Southport, PR8 5AB, to arrive no later than Wednesday 31st October.
